Villa Hazar Türkmenistan

Inspired by traditional Turkmen architecture, the villa design uses traditional elements such as high ceilings, open courtyards, gardens and ornate doors with a modern touch. A minimalist and modern design approach has been adopted in the villa, which has a closed area of 800 sqm, using contemporary materials and technologies. Materials such as glass, steel, concrete and natural stone were used. The open-plan layout and creation of large windows draw in natural light and views to make the interiors spacious and bright.

A sustainable approach was adopted in the villa design, focusing on energy efficiency principles. Features such as well-insulated walls, solar panels and energy-efficient lighting systems have been added. In this house, where many events were hosted, priority was given to building sound insulation. Plan function diagrams have been prepared to minimize sound interference between rooms and inner courtyards.

Garden and outdoor living areas were created by considering the landscaping around the villa. The natural beauties of Turkmenistan are reflected by using local plant species.

In addition to neutral colors, warm wood touches and vibrant color accents were used in interior color and decoration.

Private courtyards and garden areas, designed with security and privacy in mind, create an area where families and their guests can spend time comfortably.
